Concerts, a conclave, & a conference

» This morning the conventual Mass was offered using the proper prayers for the election of a pope. We were joined by clergy from the Chelmsford deanery (diocese of Brentwood), who are visiting us for a few days.

» Fr Abbot is at Buckfast this week for the plenary meeting of the English and Welsh bishops' conference. They are without Cardinal Nichols, who is in Rome, of course, electing a pope.
