Most bookings made already will be unaffected, but if there is an impact on any booking already received the guest team will be in contact with those groups.

Individual bookings are still possible, and are encouraged.

For the time being the monastic community is unable to ensure that groups will be 'welcomed as Christ' as the Rule of St Benedict expects, and our own standards demand.

Please note also that from 1 September 2025 the nightly charge for bed and board in the guesthouse will be increasing.
